Shipping Information

Most of the items we sell will ship via UPS. Some items are considered "oversize" by UPS standards; therefore, our standard free shipping offer for orders over $99.00 do not apply. These items are clearly marked on the site. Please call us toll free at 800-460-1477 and we will quote a shipping price and assist you with processing your entire order over the phone. Our office hours are 9am - 4pm Monday-Friday Eastern Time.

For orders under $99.00 our on-line ordering system will add 17% of the sales price to your order for the UPS shipping charge with a $14.95 minimum shipping charge.

Please note: Free Shipping applies to orders inside the contiguous 48 United States only. When shipping to the states of Hawaii and Alaska or other countries, free shipping does not apply and a shipping rate will be e-mailed to you for approval prior to your credit card being processed. Again, please use the shopping cart and check out, but note that your credit card will not be processed until we send you a revised price, which includes the shipping fee and you approve it.

If an item is out of stock it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will be notified at the time you place your order if excessive delays are expected. We will not ship a substitute item.

 

Merchandise Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return your merchandise for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit or refund of the purchase price. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and shipped backed in the original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee on most items, however, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. For cupolas, there is a 20% restocking fee. 

- Personalized items are non-returnable.

- All the returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Holiday Return Policy

For items purchased November 1st through December 15th, the return policy is extended until January 31st.

Claims

All merchandise is carefully packaged and inspected before being shipped. Please check the entire box for smaller packages at the bottom. If you feel you are missing any part of your order, please call toll-free 800.460.1477. In most cases, we can send it to you right away.

Please report all claims for shortages, repairs or damage within 72 hours of receipt of your order. In all cases, retain all packing materials for the carrier to review when inspecting for damages.
